Terms of service

Last updated: 20 August 2026. These terms govern your use of stillindexed ("we", "us", "the service"). By creating an account you accept them. You must be at least 16 and, if you are signing up for an organisation, authorised to bind it. Questions:support@stillindexed.com.

The service

stillindexed monitors public web pages you point it at and alerts you when indexability-relevant signals change. We read public URLs only, the way a search engine crawler does.

Monitoring is a paid product and requires an active subscription. There is no free plan. The checker tools under /tools are free to use without an account, subject to the published rate limits, and we intend to keep them that way.

Your responsibilities

• Only monitor sites you own or are authorized to monitor. Adding a site is your attestation that you are authorized.
• Do not use the service to probe, stress, or map third-party infrastructure, and do not exceed the published rate limits of the public tools.
• Keep your account credentials and alert channel details current.

Our crawler

We identify ourselves as stillindexedbot with a published user agent and published egress IPs, keep at least 2 seconds between requests to any host, and honor being blocked. If you run a site and want us gone, email privacy@stillindexed.com and we will stop and remove your data.

Plans and payment

Starter is $29 per month or $290 per year. Agency is $79 per month or $790 per year. The early-bird lifetime plan is $249 once and grants Starter entitlements for as long as the service runs. Prices may change, and we will tell existing subscribers at least 30 days before a change affects their next billing cycle.

Plans are sold by Polar as merchant of record, so their checkout terms also apply and we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation is self-serve from the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep access until then. All paid plans carry a 30-day no-questions refund.

What happens if you downgrade or cancel

We never delete a site, its URLs, or its history because your plan changed. Sites beyond your new plan's limit are paused instead: kept and visible, but not checked. We keep the oldest ones running so monitoring does not stop while you decide, and you choose which sites stay active. Upgrading resumes them with no reconfiguration.

Availability and liability

We work hard to catch every break, but monitoring is a safety net, not a guarantee. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost rankings, lost traffic, or lost revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
